Switching your phone service requires coordination between your current phone provider and MetroNet. If you must reschedule your installation of MetroNet services, please contact us at our local store (1-877-407-3224) as soon as possible. If we are not contacted about rescheduling your installation date, you may be without phone service for a short period of time.
If you are bringing your phone number over from another carrier, and you need to reschedule your installation, keep in mind MetroNet requires 3 business days to fully switch your phone service. If you are scheduled for a Saturday installation, you must contact us by 3:00 pm the Friday before in order to reschedule. If your current provider is Frontier, you must reschedule by Thursday at 3:00.
