If you are experiencing a disruption of service, please visit the customer portal for updates. You can access the portal by following the steps below:
1. Go to www.portal.metronetinc.com to login. If it is your first visit to the portal, click on Create New Account.
2. After logging in, click on Service Information under the My Services drop-down menu. Any available updates regarding service disruption in your area will be displayed here.
